Our journey 

Kava’s journey to becoming a purpose-led, sustainability-focused business began with a fundamental transformation. After more than 20 years in business, we became an Employee Ownership Trust, placing 100% of the company in the hands of our people. This shift created a culture of shared responsibility, transparency and collective success, where everyone plays a role in shaping the future of the business.

This is our first impact report, reflecting on the six months of 2025 as a B Corp. It marks an important step in holding ourselves accountable, celebrating progress and identifying where we can do more.
