Anti-slavery and human trafficking policy
In accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, slavery and human trafficking is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. These practices involve the exploitation of individuals through coercion, deception, or force, depriving them of their freedom and subjecting them to various forms of abuse for personal or commercial gain.
Our policies
We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business, or in any of our supply chains.
Suppliers and partners
Kava undertakes due diligence when considering taking on new suppliers, and regularly reviews its existing suppliers. We expect the same high standards from all our business partners. Our key suppliers and partners are software providers and media partners. Modern forms of slavery are not prevalent in these industries.
Recruitment, freelancers and contractors
We only use reputable employment agencies to recruit employees and always verify the practices of any new agency before accepting recruits from that agency.
Employee training
Training about slavery and human trafficking is available to staff on request.
