Kava joins the Employee Ownership Association
We’re proud to share that we are now a member of the Employee Ownership Association (EOA).
Joining the EOA is part of our journey toward building a more inclusive, empowered, and sustainable business. As an Employee Ownership Trust since 2021, employees have a genuine stake and say in how Kava is run and a commitment to our long-term success.
The EOA is a powerful network that champions businesses where employees have a meaningful stake and voice. The EOA exists to support the sector, to share best practice, facilitate intelligent learning and shared experiences. It provides a platform to recognise the businesses and people who make employee ownership something to be truly proud of.
