How we brought small cells centre stage through standout branding and event collateral

Our mission was to organise and execute an industry event that stood out within the telecoms sector and build on a brand that would be recognised globally.

Before the event planning could begin, we laid out our key objectives and target audience – this helped guide each decision we made on various aspects of the event. From engaging session topics, high-profile speakers, to a robust social media strategy.

What we did

We ran every element of the Small Cells World Summit event including venue selection, logistics, speaker management, and delegate registration. Meticulous organisation and strong communication in the upcoming months, resulted in a smooth-running event. Our design team developed a creative brief for the venue, utilising elements like the pillars to create striking branded elements that helped the conference stand-out.

On top of this, we designed and delivered all event materials, branding, and marketing. SCWS’s website and social media were key tools to promoting the event and creating a buzz around the summit. From compelling blogs to paid advertisements that reached wide audiences.

Through cohesive event planning and branding, Small Cells World Summit left a lasting impression on its attendees.

The event looked amazing! It was outstandingly well branded and the way the day transitioned from conference to a glitzy awards dinner was phenomenal. Other event companies should take note of how the event was put together and run. The aftercare delegates, sponsors, and speakers received was second to none.
